Description
A hydrating two-step rubber mask inspired by Cryo therapy that lowers skin's temperature to increase blood flow and absorption of powerful active ingredients for a radiant, healthy-looking complexion.
The two-step system includes a highly concentrated ampoule gel-like serum packed with actives and a prebiotic complex, as well as a soft, flexible rubber mask made of naturally derived algae and clay to hydrate and soothe the skin for an instant pick-me-up. After 30-40 minutes of masking this cooling technology decreases skin's temperature to help increase blood circulation for absorption of ingredients deeper into the skin. The hydrating rubber mask wraps the skin to prevent active ingredients from evaporating, allowing for more complete penetration. Cryo Rubber with Soothing Allantoin reduces is infused with Centella Asiatica Extract to help calm inflamed skin and prevent further skin damage.

CLINICAL RESULTS:
In a clinical study of 20 adults women aged 20-60, the cooling effect of rubber mask stimulated blood circulation and reduced redness:
*Red spots were reduced by 28.1%
*Skin temperature was temporarily reduced by 12.42°F
*Blood flow increased by 2.6%

How to use
Intended for use after facial cleansing. Adjust your skin texture by using toner.
Apply STEP 01 Stick Ampoule by evenly spreading the product across your face.
Remove STEP 02 Rubber Mask from its packaging and place the lower half of the mask, then the upper half onto your face.
Leave on skin for 30-40 minutes, then remove the Rubber Mask and lightly dab the remaining ampoule on the face for optimal absorption and results.
(You can use the remaining Ampoule Pack on your neck and arms).
Precaution: Handle mask with care.

To adhere to the recommended social distancing we are allowing only one person in our warehouse at a time, as keeping our staff safe is our priority. However, we are still despatching all orders as usual.
🚨Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday and 10.30am Saturday will usually be despatched on the same day. Any orders placed after 2pm will usually be despatched on the next business day.

RETURNS
Return items to us by post within 14 days of receipt. Items should be unused, unopened and have any original seals intact.

Our aim is to make sure you are happy with your purchase from K Beauty UK.
If you are unhappy with your purchase we can offer you a refund or an exchange. You have up to 30 days from the date of receiving your order to return unused item(s) to us in order to receive a refund or an exchange.
Products we cannot refund or exchange
Unless there is something wrong with the item(s) or it does not correspond with the description on K Beauty UK unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange in respect of the following:
- Unsealed cosmetics, for example if you remove the hygiene seals and tags from a product
- Products that become mixed inseparably with other items, after delivery
- Products that have been used
- Products that are not in their original packaging
- Personalised or made to measure products
- Perishable products, products liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly
Returning your order
Step 2 Pack up your return in the original packaging (or equivalent) to ensure adequate protection in transit. Kindly note that we are only able to exchange or refund goods that are returned to us in their original unopened form and in a resalable condition.

Step 3 You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. These shipping costs are non-refundable.

Processing your refund
Please note that it can take up to 14 days from you returning your item(s) to receive your refund. We will credit your payment card (provided payment has already been debited from your payment card) with the price of the item(s) you are returning.
Your refund
a) We may reduce your refund (excluding delivery costs) to reflect any reduction in the value of the product, if this has been caused by your handling them in a way that means you have not taken reasonable care. We ask that you exercise reasonable care by not removing the seals while examining the item(s), unless you are certain that you intend to keep them.
b) If we refund you the price paid before we are able to inspect the item(s) and later discover you have handled them in an unacceptable way, you must pay us an appropriate amount to cover the reduction in value of the product.
