K-Beauty UK Returns Policy

Our aim is to make sure you are happy with your purchase from K Beauty UK.

If you are unhappy with your purchase we can offer you a refund or an exchange. You have up to 30 days from the date of receiving your order to return unused item(s) to us in order to receive a refund or an exchange.

Products we cannot refund or exchange
Unless there is something wrong with the item(s) or it does not correspond with the description on K Beauty UK unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange in respect of the following:

- Unsealed cosmetics, for example if you remove the hygiene seals and tags from a product
- Products that become mixed inseparably with other items, after delivery
- Products that have been used
- Products that are not in their original packaging
- Personalised or made to measure products
- Perishable products, products liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly


Returning your order UK

Step 1 Contact Customer Service if you wish to arrange an exchange. For a return, there's no need to get in touch.

Step 2 Pack up your return in the original packaging (or equivalent) to ensure adequate protection in transit.

Step 3 Attach the pre-printed address label to your package, from the shipping document that came with your order.

Step 4 Take it to any myHermes ParcelShop (you can find your nearest at to use our FREE returns service. Please request a 'proof of postage' receipt and keep it safe until we have confirmed that your returns have arrived.


Returning your order from outside the UK

Please tell us that you wish to return or exchange item(s) by getting in touch with our Customer Service Team by email: at  Please provide your name, home address, details of the order, your telephone number and email address in order to enable us to deal with your request. We will advise you of the best way to send your item(s) back to us.


Processing your refund

Please note that it can take up to 14 days from you returning your item(s) to receive your refund. We will credit your payment card (provided payment has already been debited from your payment card) with the price of the item(s) you are returning.

Your refund
a) We may reduce your refund (excluding delivery costs) to reflect any reduction in the value of the product, if this has been caused by your handling them in a way that means you have not taken reasonable care. We ask that you exercise reasonable care by not removing the seals while examining the item(s), unless you are certain that you intend to keep them.

b) If we refund you the price paid before we are able to inspect the item(s) and later discover you have handled them in an unacceptable way, you must pay us an appropriate amount to cover the reduction in value of the product.

c) The maximum refund for delivery costs will be the cost of standard delivery provided that the item(s) was not part of a larger order. For example, if we offer delivery of a product within 3-5 days at one cost but you choose to have the product delivered within 24 hours at a higher cost, then we will only refund what you would have paid for the cheaper delivery option.


This Returns Policy does not affect your legal rights.
