Description
Perfect for hot summer days and afternoons in the sun, the dear, Klairs Midnight Blue Calming Sheet Mask gives you calming, soothing after sun care that won’t irritate or dry your skin. This Korean sheet mask provides a cooling sensation and tea tree oil to help control excess oil and acne. The mask itself is ultra-comfortable, made of rayon and natural bamboo fibres for a fit that won’t aggravate even the most heat-rashed skin.

How to use
First prep your skin clean and dry with your normal skincare routine. Prior to opening the package, pat the pouch to spread the extract evenly onto sheet mask.
Open the package and unfold the sheet mask and apply gently onto your face smoothing outer edges.
Leave for 15 - 20 minutes.
Remove the face mask and massage the remaining essence to accelerate absorption.
You do not need to wash your face after using this face mask.

International delivery normally takes 5-7 working days but can take up to 10 working days. In the unlikely event that your order does not arrive within this time frame, we ask that you kindly wait until the 10th working day before contacting us.

Any unopened product can be returned and fully refunded or exchanged within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase.

Our aim is to make sure you are happy with your purchase from K Beauty UK.
If you are unhappy with your purchase we can offer you a refund or an exchange. You have up to 30 days from the date of receiving your order to return unused item(s) to us in order to receive a refund or an exchange.
Products we cannot refund or exchange
Unless there is something wrong with the item(s) or it does not correspond with the description on K Beauty UK unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange in respect of the following:
- Unsealed cosmetics, for example if you remove the hygiene seals and tags from a product
- Products that become mixed inseparably with other items, after delivery
- Products that have been used
- Products that are not in their original packaging
- Personalised or made to measure products
- Perishable products, products liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly
Returning your order
Step 2 Pack up your return in the original packaging (or equivalent) to ensure adequate protection in transit. Kindly note that we are only able to exchange or refund goods that are returned to us in their original unopened form and in a resalable condition.

Step 3 You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. These shipping costs are non-refundable.
Step 4 You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Processing your refund
Please note that it can take up to 14 days from you returning your item(s) to receive your refund. We will credit your payment card (provided payment has already been debited from your payment card) with the price of the item(s) you are returning.
Your refund
a) We may reduce your refund (excluding delivery costs) to reflect any reduction in the value of the product, if this has been caused by your handling them in a way that means you have not taken reasonable care. We ask that you exercise reasonable care by not removing the seals while examining the item(s), unless you are certain that you intend to keep them.
b) If we refund you the price paid before we are able to inspect the item(s) and later discover you have handled them in an unacceptable way, you must pay us an appropriate amount to cover the reduction in value of the product.
