Given the concentration of retinol, remember to avoid daytime use and always apply sunscreen during the day when using retinol products in your skincare regimen.

To achieve the best results without overwhelming your skin, follow the step-by-step acclimatisation process. 

Initial Phase – Building Tolerance:

• Limit usage to three times per week at night, eventually increasing to every other night as tolerated.
• Evenly apply the cream over the face, neck, and areas with visible lines using your ring finger for delicate pressure.

Weeks 1-2 – Adaptation Period:

• Apply every other night focusing on targeted areas such as under the eyes, around the mouth, the forehead, and neck.
• Use a small amount equivalent to the size of a grain of rice per section.

Week 3 and Beyond – Full Integration:

• Gradually transition to nightly application, spreading the cream to the entire face after cleansing and applying essence or serum.
