Description
Clear and clarify the look of skin with Holika Holika's Pig Nose Clear Blackhead 3-Step Kit, a Korean solution for drawing dirt and impurities out of pores.
Targeting blackheads and pore-clogging impurities, the three-step kit is the first in the industry and works to rid pores of grime while minimising their appearance. Step one is a cotton melting sheet that gently cleanses and opens pores ready for extraction; step two is a sebum removal nose pack that delicately removes dead skin cells and blackheads; step three is a biocelluolose, gel-type sheet that refines the look of pores. The Pig Nose range combines sebum-absorbing Pink Clay with Kaolin Clay to draw out grease and impurities while delivering an antiseptic effect.

How to use
After cleansing, place step-1 on nose for 15-20 minutes. Remove it slowly and wipe away any blackheads or impurities from pores. Moisten nose with water and place step 2 on nose. After 10-15 minutes, if completely dry, slowly remove it. After step 1 and 2, place step 3 on nose. Remove it after 10-15 minutes and gently tap in remaining solution for better absorption.
Shipping
To adhere to the recommended social distancing we are allowing only one person in our warehouse at a time, as keeping our staff safe is our priority. However, we are still despatching all orders as usual.
🚨Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday and 10.30am Saturday will usually be despatched on the same day. Any orders placed after 2pm will usually be despatched on the next business day.

International delivery normally takes 5-7 working days but can take up to 10 working days. In the unlikely event that your order does not arrive within this time frame, we ask that you kindly wait until the 10th working day before contacting us.

PLEASE NOTE:
Delivery may be impacted by UK bank holidays, and bank holidays in the country the parcel is shipped to. We do not ship on weekends or UK bank holidays. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or bank holidays will be processed on the following working day.
RETURNS
Return items to us by post within 14 days of receipt. Items should be unused, unopened and have any original seals intact.

Our aim is to make sure you are happy with your purchase from K Beauty UK.
If you are unhappy with your purchase we can offer you a refund or an exchange. You have up to 30 days from the date of receiving your order to return unused item(s) to us in order to receive a refund or an exchange.
Products we cannot refund or exchange
Unless there is something wrong with the item(s) or it does not correspond with the description on K Beauty UK unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange in respect of the following:
- Unsealed cosmetics, for example if you remove the hygiene seals and tags from a product
- Products that become mixed inseparably with other items, after delivery
- Products that have been used
- Products that are not in their original packaging
- Personalised or made to measure products
- Perishable products, products liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly
Returning your order
Step 2 Pack up your return in the original packaging (or equivalent) to ensure adequate protection in transit. Kindly note that we are only able to exchange or refund goods that are returned to us in their original unopened form and in a resalable condition.

Step 3 You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. These shipping costs are non-refundable.
Step 4 You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Processing your refund
Please note that it can take up to 14 days from you returning your item(s) to receive your refund. We will credit your payment card (provided payment has already been debited from your payment card) with the price of the item(s) you are returning.
Your refund
a) We may reduce your refund (excluding delivery costs) to reflect any reduction in the value of the product, if this has been caused by your handling them in a way that means you have not taken reasonable care. We ask that you exercise reasonable care by not removing the seals while examining the item(s), unless you are certain that you intend to keep them.
b) If we refund you the price paid before we are able to inspect the item(s) and later discover you have handled them in an unacceptable way, you must pay us an appropriate amount to cover the reduction in value of the product.
