Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees.
Shipping
Orders placed before 2pm on Monday to Friday, and before 10:30am on Saturday will usually be despatched on the same day. Any orders placed after 2pm will usually be despatched on the next working day. (Please note that "working days" do not include weekends and Bank Holidays).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
*Delivery timescales are estimated and could be affected if your parcel is very heavy or delayed by Customs entry procedures.
Please be aware that international orders may be subject to local taxes.
K Beauty UK will not accept liability for lost orders if you select for your parcel to be left in a safe place or with a neighbour.
International delivery normally takes 5-7 working days but can take up to 10 working days. In the unlikely event that your order does not arrive within this time frame, we ask that you kindly wait until the 10th working day before contacting us.

PLEASE NOTE:
Delivery may be impacted by UK bank holidays, and bank holidays in the country the parcel is shipped to. We do not ship on weekends or UK bank holidays. Orders placed after 10:30am Saturday, on Sunday or bank holidays will be processed on the following working day.
RETURNS
Any unopened product can be returned and fully refunded or exchanged within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase.
