K Beauty UK answers to frequently asked delivery and shipping queries

We recommend choosing either Standard Tracked or Express Tracked Delivery to reduce the risk of your order being delayed during shipping. 

Q. What are the different delivery options?

🚨Orders placed before 2pm will usually be despatched on the same day Monday to Friday only.  Any orders placed after 2pm will usually be despatched on the next working day. (Please note that "working days" do not include weekend days). 


Standard Delivery (3-5 business days from dispatch)

  • Orders under £30 - £3.99 
  • Free for orders over £30

    Standard Tracked Delivery (2-3 working days from despatch)

    • £4.99 (usually 2 business days from despatch)

    Express Tracked Delivery*  (1working day from despatch)

    £6.99 (usually 1 business day from despatch)

    *The Express Tracked Delivery service is not guaranteed to arrive within one working day however, the majority of orders are received within one working day after despatch.

    What is Included in our tracking service?

    • Full tracking of your item from despatch to delivery.
    • Email/SMS notification on delivery.
    • Delivery Mon - Sat 8am - 4pm 

      To adhere to the recommended social distancing we are allowing only one person in our warehouse at a time, as keeping our staff safe is our priority.  However, we are still dispatching all orders as usual.


      INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - sorry there are delays due to COVID-19

      Europe: £12.00 (tracked 3-5 working days)*

      Worldwide: £15.00 - £16.00 (tracked 5-7 working days)*

      *Delivery timescales are estimated and could be affected if your parcel is very heavy or delayed by Customs entry procedures.

      K Beauty UK will not accept liability for lost orders if you select for your parcel to be left in a safe place or with a neighbour.

      International delivery normally takes 5-7 working days but can take up to 10 working days. In the unlikely event that your order does not arrive within this time frame, we ask that you kindly wait until the 10th working day before contacting us.

      Delivery may be impacted by UK bank holidays, and bank holidays in the country the parcel is shipped to. We do not ship on weekends or UK bank holidays. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or bank holidays will be processed on the following working day.

      Q. How does your Express Tracked Delivery work?
      A.  Express Tracked orders placed before 2pm Mon-Fri will usually be delivered the next day between 8am and 4pm deliveries Mon-Sat between 8am and 4pm. Orders placed at the weekend and after 2pm on Fri will usually be delivered on Tuesday.

      *Delivery will be attempted at the address provided. Should you not be available to accept delivery.  Your parcel may be left with a neighbour, left in a safe, secure location at the delivery address or a calling card will be left with instructions on how to arrange redelivery or collection. 

      Q. How can I add a new address?
      A. You can add or change an address in the 'Delivery address book' section of 'Account Settings'.
